Land's End Resort Deposit
and Cancellation Policy
Pre-deposit
All Advanced reservations must be guaranteed via a cash deposit, equivalent to your first night’s stay, made at the time of reservation.
The deposit may be secured with a major credit card valid at the
time of the reservation (we accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover,
and Diner’s Club) or by a pre-payment with check or money order.
Please note that Land’s End does NOT accept checks drawn off non-local
banks at check-in, or subsequently, to pay a bill.
Requirements for group bookings of 5 or more rooms are individually arranged and our standard cancellation policy will not apply.
Cancellation
In order to receive a full refund of your deposit for the cancellation
of a reservation, Land’s End must receive notice of your cancellation
a minimum of 72 hours prior to the date or dates being cancelled.
For example, if your reservation is for five nights, and you must
check out after staying only three nights, we will charge you for
the original five nights unless you cancel the final two nights
at check-in.
Cancellation are never made without a corresponding cancellation number. For all cancellations, it is your responsibility to ask for, and to receive, a cancellation number to ensure you will not be invoiced. You may be asked to provide this number, so please retain it. In the event that you cannot honor your reservation and must cancel on shorter notice than the 72-hour deadline, please do call us and release your room; we cannot re-rent your room unless you do so. If we are unable to recover the lost revenue from a late cancellation, you will be charged for all such late cancelled rooms. However, If we are able to re-rent the late cancelled rooms, then we will refund your deposit, or credit your account for all such rooms sold. |
